We had outgrown our (now) previous home when we reached out to Jonathan on a whim after being disappointed by conversations with other realtors. We were in a catch-22 as our home was too small and we needed to sell and buy a larger house, but there was no good option for boxing and staging at the same time as we had a toddler. Jonathan was able to bring in a team of A players to help us find the right next house quickly, for less money than we thought and helped us get financing for the new house while we already had a mortgage/house AND 3 job changes in the prior 3 years. He was able to help us get things lined up to get the new house ready to move in (painters, quotes for work, etc) and guide us thru the process of getting our old house flipped, on the market and sold equally quickly. Would highly recommend to future buyers and sellers!
