Jonas has the accolades posted on his website, so he must be a decent realtor and I have no doubt in my mind he would have gotten us through the process of buying a home. But, he was not the right fit for us for the following reasons: 1) He was incredibly pushy. He expects you to buy a house within a month of beginning your search. Which, on paper you say "Yeah that's what realtors do," but in actuality, he had very little regard for our must-have list, and Spokane is a fickle market, with plenty of unique houses and neighborhoods. 2) I asked to tour a house the day after it listed. After seeing the house, he made a fuss that I took him away from his family on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend to go see a house. (It sold the next day). 3) After shaming me for that, he continued to tell my wife and I that, as first time homebuyers, maybe we should be considering a smaller and cheaper house, and maybe we shouldn't be shopping for our forever home, although the house was very much in our price range. We switched to a different realtor the next day. Again, I have no doubt in my mind that he is capable of helping you buy A house quickly and efficiently. But, if you are trying to buy the RIGHT house, one that may take some time to find, I would consider a different realtor.
