We were going up against another offer on our house, and with Joe's helpful advice and negotiation skills, we won. After inspection, there were some issues that were found, and Joe again helped us to get some additional money from the seller to cover the additional expenses. We are very happy with our home. If I had to do it over again, I would pick Joe every time.
