Jon was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. He quickly understood what I was looking for and did not waste my time. He has a keen eye and, knowing my budget, he helped me avoid properties that would have taken me way off budget in repairs. Most of all he was quick to respond to my emails, texts and phone calls.
