I was surprised of Jon’s knowledge of the market because he had only been in the industry for around a 1.5 year. I’ve known Jon for many years and he asked us to give him a chance. Did we question a bit maybe but we knew his work ethic & he delivered. Communication is key in all relationships & he was always on it. Jon delivered and stood by his promise.
We purchased our new home remotely from California. We met Jon over the phone and on FaceTime. He immediately went to work, found us a couple of homes and gave us excellent guidance on making good offers. He made appointments to view homes, and then guided us through on Zoom so we could get a personal look, opening cabinets and closets, even turning on the shower! After a few rejected offers we had given up hope of finding a home and told Jon we were going to move our search to another state. Undaunted, he continued to look around for us and presented one final home for us to look at. This turned out to be the home we would purchase. Even after the offer he stayed with us, doing the final inspection on our behalf, finding us a handyman, and attending the closing for us.
