Highly Recommend! As a first time homebuyer there was a lot I did not know. Jon was awesome at taking all the phone calls and answering all my questions. He was able to find homes in my price range and in the location that I wanted to be in. He truly made the whole process a lot less stressful. When it comes time for me to sell my first home and move to another I will be contacting Jon for his help and expertise.
Jon was knowledgeable, professional, and beyond anything he was unique. Other realtors felt like used car salesman, just there to turn a buck. Jon got to know my husband and I personally, he took the time to actually listen. He showed us homes we actually had interest in and matched our style. It took us 8 months to find the perfect home and this man never gave up. When it came to the paperwork, and it’s a lot, he helped us understand everything. He knew when we might be confused or starting to get uncomfortable and would stop everything to explain and reassure us. Even going out of his way to fight for us when something wasn’t disclosed on the house. If it wasn’t for Jon, I’m not sure we’d have ever found a home that makes us happier. If he can be your agent, you’re in great hands.
Working with Jon was absolutely fantastic. From him hosting weekly open houses and even attending individuals showings (at our request) there was nothing that he refused to do, or even questioned when we asked. Every time that my wife or I tried calling, Jon either picked up right away, or called us back as soon as he was able to, and always seemed to treat us like his top priority, even while juggling other listings and assumedly making them feel the same. Jon worked with us day and night to help us get an offer and provide us with as smooth closing process. But, it didn’t stop there, even after we closed and forgot to send our internet equipment back, Jon worked with the buying agent and new homeowner to personally go and pick up the equipment and deliver it from Pleasant Hill all the way to our Internet provider’s office in Urbandale.
