This purchase required Jon to travel with me (Brandy) to Alabama for 5 days and he had absolutely no problem doing that. We had 3 units that we wanted to see, and he was able to get us in to 2 of them, the third was denied twice by the selling agent because the unit was being rented. Once we made our decision on what unit we wanted to purchase, Jon immediately sat down with us (my husband was on via Google Meet) to explain the process, sent the documents for our signature that same day, and we were able to get an accepted offer prior to leaving Alabama. He also set up the inspection for us and worked with the title company and our investor for closing. Not many realtors will travel to another state with you to ensure you are getting a fair price on your purchase, and exactly what you're looking for, but he did it no questions asked. He did whatever it took to ensure that our family's dream of owning a Gulf Front condo came true and for that we will be eternally grateful to him.

Jon helped us move across the country to Peoria and we were so lucky to get in contact with Jon who was tremendously helpful navigating remote and in person viewings and offered great advice that helped us find an amazing place under budget

Jon helped us buy a house long distance and it was an incredibly smooth and painless experience.
