I bought a new build and they always come with hiccups. Jon was there every step of the way and constantly in contact with the builder and eventually the loan company doing everything he could and ended up getting me not only the house I wanted but a better interest rate. He has also helped my sister as well. I highly recommend him

Had the best experience with Jon, he is knowledgeable about the market, location, and knows what to look for. Not only that but honest! I’m not local so he went far and beyond, helped schedule handyman, landscaper, etc. Also went to the property several times to take detailed videos.
