I don't usually write reviews, I'm always skeptical, not knowing how real they really are. In this case, I need to make an exception. We met Jon over 10 months ago during our search for a second home in Florida. From day one he was very courteous, answering all of our questions without the usual pushiness of some realtors, vendors. We interacted a few more times during the decision process and I need to say that he was instrumental in our final decision to purchase our home.
