I rate Jon Klein very highly for several reasons.

I rate Jon Klein very hightly for several reasons. First, he had the guts to list and market my house based on its own merits versus what the average sales prices were in my specific community. This lead to a final sales price that was signficantly higher than anything sold in the community in over 10 years. Jon never lost confidence that my house would eventually sell at around his suggested list price. Second, Jon has a very capable assistant, Sheila, who was always there for me and answered all my questions, even those emailed on the weekends. Sheila was my support and helped guide me through the details of the process. In summary, it was an excellent experience and I'm very grateful to Jon for getting me through the trauma and drama of selling my beloved home of 18 years and setting me on course for new life experiences.
