As it happened, Jon Highbridge was the realtor who originally was part of the transaction in our buying the land, the house we just sold, was built on. We had a very good experience when we purchased the land in 1997 and when we made the decision to move from Florida, Jon came back into the picture because of his professionalism and track record with us.
