We met Jon over 18 months before we made our home purchase. He was a great resource about the area as we started to do our research. Once we decided on the neighborhood we wanted, he found multiple units that met our criteria and set up all of the views convently on the same day. Once we made our decision he helped us through the contract and gave us some great insight on pricing. Once we were under contract Jon was there for EVERYTHING. He was there for the home inspection, walking around with the inspectors asking questions and pointing out things he had seen before. Jon was there for the appraisal too. He also sent us a unique “important dates” sheet to remind us when things were due from both sides. It was really helpful to keep the deal on track.
