Highly recommend Jon! He was extremely helpful and on top of everything. We were looking for an older home away from the city. Jon took the time to drive out to far off properties and video them for us (we were still in CA at the time). He probably spent his commission in just in gas going out to all the properties we sent him to. :)

Told us about everything that is normal in our area and what to watch out for. Negotiated on our behalf and worked for our best interest.
