Jon goes above and beyond! We were considering moving months before we officially decided. Jon treated us the same the entire way through. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When we decided to make a purchase (from another state and over the weekend) he was quick to respond and went countless times to the different properties to take video walkthroughs. He took care of everything so when we did finally make it to Celebration to see our new place, there were no surprises. And it didn't stop there. The entire way through the home inspection, the broker, the closing process, he was there. He answered our questions usually within the hour via text or email or phone call. He made our dream happen for us. I honestly think it wouldn't have happened the way it did if it hadn't been for him.
