After a serious market downturn, our place in Los Gatos was sitting. We found Jon, and he worked incredibly hard to find us a buyer. He was a great negotiator and very honest.

Just closed on our family home of 52+ years. We built it when I was 10. No joke!! This was much harder than expected.
