Jonathan Brown is truly an amazing realtor and person. Jon actually cares. Jon listens to your needs and wants in a home. Jonathan found our home for us in Lawrenceville, Georgia. My husband Juan, 6-year-old daughter, and I are transplants from Long Island, New York. Jon made purchasing a home in Georgia over 800 miles away smooth, innovative, and fun. Jon was always eager to visit homes for us when we were unable to fly out to Atlanta. He sent us thorough 20-minute videos. We felt like we were there opening closets and doors. Jon even remembered my husband & I took off our shoes in every home we visited so we can feel how fluffy the carpet was or how smooth the hardwood floor was. When Jon visited homes for us, instead of putting on the shoe covers, he walked the homes without shoes to give us feedback. We didn’t even tell him to do that.Jon takes the time and interest to know what you want in your home.
