Jolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. The Denver area's housing market is extremely competitive so it is essential to have a realtor who is always on the ball and Jolyn fits that definition to the tee. I spent hours looking through homes on the MLS site and I wrote to multiple realtors looking to tour them and Jolyn responded the fastest. Her response rate was always exceptional compared to any other realtors I interacted with throughout this process. I greatly appreciate how enthusiastic she was to help me. If I had any questions, she did her best to answer all of them in a timely manner. I especially like how she recommended the same inspector that inspected her own home. When I looked him up online, I found that he was a licensed architect and a licensed home inspector. I trust her whole-heartedly. I can see myself relying on her housing references in the future when it comes to contracting, whether that be painting, furnace repairs, electrical repairs etc.
