Jolune helped us find and purchase our first home. From day 1 she was there to guide and support us in our search. She listened to our needs and even opened our minds to other options that we weren’t even thinking of. She answered every question I had, no matter how complex or simple and was always very responsive. We searched during a very challenging time in the market, but she didn’t let us get discouraged. We went to so many showings and open houses! For one showing, we navigated to the wrong address and were going to miss our window, but Jolune stepped up and gave us the tour via FaceTime- just one example of how amazing she is! When we finally landed on a home (a new build), she went above and beyond to make sure to keep us updated on status and sought out the right people to connect us with for questions on schedule. The builder team was not great and if it weren’t for Jolune, we would’ve been completely in the dark about the process. She even guided us through the inspection process, pointing out specific things we should be looking for and making suggestions on how to handle issues - an angel! Being first time home buyers we weren’t always sure what to ask or look for, but Jolune was very knowledgeable and we trusted her 110%. Even down to the closing day, a mishap with technology delayed the process to close and we were stuck in the office waiting for it to resolve for hours. Jolune came to the rescue and brought us lunch! I can’t say enough good things about her, and I would definitely recommend her to help with any home buying or selling needs, especially if it’s your first time.

Upon receiving Jolune's contact information I reached out to her and she met me at the place and time of my choosing the same day! I received an offer on my home one day after being on the market and accepted an offer at asking price three days later! My home sold during COVID-19.
