Jolie Eichler helped us buy a home in Lake Mary! She sent us updates every time a house we might be interested in came up and they were spot on. I think we only looked at 4 or 5 houses before we made our decision. She really understood what we were looking for. When we picked our house, she helped us get through an extensive construction loan process. Jolie helped us work with the bank seller for terms that would work for us. She is very responsive to calls, text, and email and is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate. You aren't left wondering about anything. I definitely recommend her! After the purchase of our house, she helped me put my condo on the market and guided me on how to get it ready for sale. She brought in a photographer that took wonderful photos. I couldn't even believe how nice my condo looked in the photos! Having great photos is something I didn't think would matter that much until I saw them and I am so happy she did it this way. I had buyers coming every day to look and accepted an offer I wanted after only 2 months. I have cameras on the house and she is very responsive to other realtors calling her with questions as well. :)

Although we are not currently looking to buy, Jolie graciously showed us rental listings in our desired area and price. She was quick to set up showings and would negotiate with other agents on the properties we were interested in. When the time comes to buy, I will definitely be using Jolie!
