Highly Recommend Jolie Abreu Jolie was great to work with, and I chose her out of several agents who contacted me, and from 3 local agents/teams I interviewed in person. One team in particular was a top rated team in the area, and they "beat" all agents I interviewed in commissions charged. Jolie wasn't flashy and didn't talk fast like other realtors I interviewed. But she was straightforward, promised to work harder than anyone else, and would get me answers on any questions I had. Jolie delivered. I had some complicated questions and needed other experts involved in my transaction since I had rented my home for the last 11 of 20 years I owned the property. Jolie found those people for me, made introductions, and got answers to questions faster than I ever expected. She was forward thinking and arranged a photographer before the upcoming snowstorm, to get the photos online as quickly as possible. She secured offers before the house was even shown, and she worked with potential buyers' agents to deliver the offers to me in a very timely manner. Jolie held an open house, and she attracted more than 20 groups of potential buyers in 2 hours. She worked quickly, efficiently, but she didn't miss a beat. Jolie helped my 80-year old mom to find a purchase a house. My mom was very particular about what area she wanted to live in and the type of house she needed, so it was not an easy task! Jolie was patient and helpful, and she was able to help my mom get the house she wanted in a multiple-offer situation after several months of searching. I would highly recommend her to others!

We looked at probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 40-50 homes, and she was patient with us, and always ready to meet to show us home, usually immediately if the seller was able to show that quickly.
