Joleta was wonderful! I was moving from a different state and had a short window to see houses while I was in town. It just so happened it was two days before Christmas! Joleta didn't hesitate one bit to get me into the house I wanted to see. She also wrote the offer on that house the day after Christmas and never once complained about the timeframe being inconvenient or making me feel like I was bothering her. Also, since I was out of state, she helped me do a bit of additional coordination when it came to the appraisal and the inspection, and it made my life that much less stressful not having to travel to the area every step along the way!
