Jolene Wise

We contacted Jolene and received great service, located a home in the specific school district on a tight deadline. We were resigned to renewing an apartment lease figuring we would not be able to find a home with such strict criteria in a short amount of time. Jolene took the time to listen to her needs and only helped us find a home, she was the reason our offer was accepted. With multiple offers, she helped us strategize how to present terms that would be competitive. Without her I truly think we would not of had our offer excepted. I will recommend her to anyone I know interested in buying or selling real estate.

Jolene is very personable, not pushy and extremely responsive. She answered any email or texts we sent her within minutes. She was very respectful of our needs and she beat all negative stereotypes of a realtor. She recommended great people and services for all parts of the home buying process, and as first time home owners she did a great job of educating us on the process. We felt very comfortable working with her. We enjoyed very much working with Jolene, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

I happened to meet Jolene at an open house. I am so glad that I did. She really listened to what we said as to the type of house we wanted. She gave her honest opinion about each house we viewed. When we finally decided on a house, I was stressed out for a variety of reasons none of which related to Jolene. I was forgetting things such as dates and times and deadlines. Jolene was there to save me. She is incredibly organized. She never got frustrated with me, just kindly reminded me of what was due and where I had to be. She was also great with the walk throughs. She saw things that I never would have noticed. Jolene saved me! And she didn’t just go away after closing. She calls and comes over to check in to make sure all is well. She also makes a package of necessary documents for us to use at tax time. She is truly a professional. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough. I highly recommend Jolene.
