This was our first experience buying a home in the Bay Area and we heard great things about Redfin, so took our chances. Honestly, we're beyond grateful to find Jolene. Not only is she so personable and likable, but also really knowledgeable about the East Bay market. She was in constant communication and we are so appreciative of how much she went above and beyond to help find our beautiful home.
