When it came to setting up appoitments for house showings she would always send me the time and date and look at the place with me to make sure that I wasn't getting into a house that would either be a financial disaster or have legal complications. During the inspection of the house I was interested in buying it was discovered that there was an issue with the septic system. Jojo made sure to get the issue resolved with the seller before I moved forward with the purchase and thanks to her negotiating skills the seller took care of the problem before the closing.
