This is my second transaction with Johnny. First one, he sold my old home and was thorough, very detailed and represented me well. So, when I was in the market to purchase another home, I contacted him immediately. What a market to enter and work through though! Seeing many homes, sending countless e-mails, texts, putting in several offers, being out bid and finally finding one we got accepted. He always researched and looked at any home we put an offer on, to make the most sensible but strong offer even in a crazy market. His attention to detail on the purchase side, just as great as it was on the selling side. He understand and navigates the shifting Real Estate market well and always puts his clients best interests first. You will not go wrong with Johnny.
