Jonny negotiated on my behalf several times. He made sure all my demands were met, kept me informed the whole time, and not only did he get me an amazing house but also an amazing deal. He saved me money, time, did all of the hard work, and constantly followed through every step of the way. He cares about his clients and his work, he's professional with the sellers and buyers and makes everything smooth. In my deal alone he got the seller to close two weeks earlier and got them to pay his commission fee (which I was fully prepared to pay for). Highly recommended, 10/10 stars!
