He's a pleasure to work with. My husband and I viewed over 75 homes and he didn't complain one bit. He was always available when we needed to see a home. My husband is military so it's difficult to work around his schedule and Mr. Martinez always found a way. He knows all about location, value, and is very knowledgeable about specific home plans and builders. We plan on buying a third property in the future and we will absolutely go with Mr. Martinez.
