Johnny Kloster

If you are looking for a great agent to help you buy your next home, Johnny Kloster is absolutely fantastic!! He sold us out dream home and we are still thrilled a year later. Johnny was super easy to work with, friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. He was a good listener and was able to focus in on what was important to me & my family. He also has a great eye for design so, he helped us pick paint colors & interiors. I would recommenced him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

We have been so fortunate to work with Johnny Kloster. As our Realtor, he truly went above and beyond. Because of his attention to detail and true passion, our city condo was sold to the first person who came to see it on the very first day it was listed! Our buyer could have been considered "difficult" and Johnny put in a ton of work to assure that the sale was completed without a hitch. We wanted to move to the suburbs but needed someone with extensive suburban knowledge. We wanted to make sure we were getting in the "right" neighborhood with the best schools and close to everything. Thanks to Johnny's familiarity and love of the suburbs, we are sure we are in the best neighborhood for us! He patiently took us to many homes and thoroughly explained the features (and potential issues) with each home. His relationships with various professionals relating to closing (inspector, lawyer, etc.) has really helped to ensure a smooth home-buying process. In short, Johnny was always on our side working to make the home selling and home buying process as easy and successful as possible. The best part of working with Johnny was that he was trustworthy. I knew that he would work to make sure we were getting the best deal possible, answer our questions honestly, give us good advice, and find our dream home. I recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a great Realtor!

Johnny helped me and my family find our dream home!! I have to admit, I had a long "must have" list & he helped me find exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a broker that is responsive, honest & hard working. He did a great job.
