We recently worked with Johnny to sell my old home and buy a new one. Having purchased my old home through him, he continued to shine the second time around. With his suggestions, we made changes to our house and prepped it for selling. It sold the first weekend! He also was extremely helpful advising us on which offer to accept, as well as with our search for a new home. Johnny has proven to be an excellent negotiator on both the sale and purchase end. He is personable and worked hard for us. If we end up moving again, I'll definitely use Johnny. And I've already recommended him to my friends.
