This was my first time ever looking for home, Mr. Farmer, worked diligently with myself and daughter. We gave him a list of the things we would like to have in a home and he narrowed it all down to the fullest! From the beginning to the end any time of night or day he was there for us, step by step. If there were questions that I had and he did not have the answer he would tell me Ms. Anderson give me a few hours and I will get back with you, and in no time at all he was there. I put full trust in him and he did exactly what he said that he would do. He promised me a nice home and that I would be in the home at a certain time and he did!
