John is awesome! He helped us through our first home buying experience and made the process incredibly easy. My wife and I had had zero experience or knowledge with home buying other than what we researched online which felt like information overload. John walked us through each step and even after we had closed on our new home he was available for any questions we had or help we needed. An added bonus we received was the ability to have a moving trailer loaned to us by his company for several days to help us move in. That alone saved us a few thousand dollars in moving costs. I have already recommended John to one of my close friends who are looking to buy because I know he will work hard for them just like he did for us. When we were closing on our house we had some issues with our lender and the promised closing costs, John stepped up for us and made sure our closing costs were exactly what was promised.
