John Zimmerman

John Zimmerman and his team are as good as they come and a true delight to work with. After an initial meeting, our home was listed within a couple of days and under contract with multiple offers less than a week after that. My wife and I did not have much knowledge of selling a home. John came with all of the information needed and explained what we would list our house for and the information backing it. We had an offer fall through due to the buyers financing and before they closed out the contract he had another buyer immediately lined up and we closed shortly after. He and his team were also able to get us into a new home. With his great relationships with builders in the area, I believe he was able to get us a deal that no one else could. John deals with some of the highest end properties in the DFW area, and ours was on the opposite end of that spectrum. Never once did we feel like we weren't worth his time.
