He was always on-time, informative, and detail oriented as we walked thru properties, particularly the one we went to contract. He walked me through the process, dealt the seller's agent on a number of issues, assisted with everything from inspections through contract negotiations. On day of settlement, he didn't miss a thing on the walk-through notating several things the seller needed to complete.
