John was extremely knowledgeable and he shares that knowledge. He's not one of those "make a sale no matter what" type of realtor. Being new to the state he had educated us on things other realtors had actually lied about or just dint know but should've. John's a hard worker too. We gave hime the boxes to check and he did.
