When my wife and I were looking at a home, John walked us through every step of the way. He was able to arrange a quick viewing of our dream home and express our desires to make our offer on a house with the right protections for us. It was his guidance that saved us when the appraisal came back way under offering. When there was a concern that the deal may fall through, he quickly showed us a few additional homes. Eventually, we, with John's guidance, were able to come up with a solution that seemed to work best and we got our dream home and were able to close on it quickly. He also guided us in selling our old home simultaneously for more than anticipated with his notes and recommendations and was able to make our selling process way smoother than anticipated. Buying a house can be stressful undoubtedly, but with an agent like John, you are never surprised and always given straight forward advice with a calming presence.
