We recently had the pleasure of working with John to purchase a new dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, John was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority.

I had a sudden life event come up and needed to relocate fast. Had not heard of this Realtor before, simply found him on Google maps while looking for places near home figuring that would help expedite things. Before deciding to visit I took some time to look over some of his listings, descriptions, photo quality; Wow! This review might be read when months later things are different, so for a little bit of context: I sold my house in a market where nearly every house sold in a week, I saw so many (other) listings on the market with crooked photos, 1 line lazy descriptions and overall just bad. It seemed those other realtors didn't care because they knew the core commission was large enough so they didn't care to spend the quality time to get their buyer that extra $10k++, which would only give the agent an extra hundred. My experience with John Wischneier was totally opposite of what I felt many other realtors were pushing out (described above)! While in a super hot sellers market, John was able to help me get listed in the timeline I asked, amazing photo perfect pictures with enhanced lighting, such a story book description of the house, and all within a short turnaround that I asked for. During the whole process, John's availability and advice was top notch along with explanation of each process. We even were able to rush right into an open house that very weekend to allow the most amount of views before the offers rolled in. Yes, we knew it would sell, as all houses did in this market; however, the reason for this lengthy review was for all the hard dedicated work John put in that allowed such a high showing count, offer count, and this in return provided us an amazing sold price in such a short turnaround. If you read this far, definitely check out his listings and if you see what I seen give him a call. I'm so glad I went this route and don't have to have any future anxiety of (what ifs) as everything went so picture perfect, just like home sweet home.
