John Wildey was unbelieveably helpful in selling our Redding property. The property was complicated by an older/remodelled home and awkward zoning restrictions which were made more difficult by the fact that we (the sellers) live 200 miles away and had never lived in the house. We had listed the property with another Redding-area agent, but failed to generate any significant interest before the 6-month listing expired. After listing with Mr. Wildey, we had a full-price offer in writing within two weeks. When previously unknown issues with the sewage system were discovered during the inspection process, Mr. Wildey arranged for multiple contractors to visit the site and provide us with bids to correct the defects. At every step of the process, Mr. Wildey kept us informed and updated. No question we would use him again if we had property to sell in the Redding area. He was our Superman Realtor.
