John did an excellent job listening and understanding our goals for a new home in NH. We were moving from MD and unable to travel in person to see the homes. He did a great job communicating throughout the process, for example, Facetiming with us to see the houses, answering all of our questions, and being very responsive. He was great during all house showings, pointing out anything of importance while going throughout the house but giving us space to decide how we felt about the house. We were first time home buyers and he never made us feel bad for asking questions and always proactively explained things where necessary.
