We worked with John via email & telephone prior to visiting Durham. He was able to become familiar with our needs and taste. When we meet in person he was well prepared to show us properties we would like. Throughout the experience John was extremely professional and continued to be a great help after we were in contract and even after closing. We could not have been in better hands.
John was very thorough and did a great job organizing a difficult sale. Repairs needed to be managed by many different contractors and John assured that it all happened on time and correct. we closed as planned. He was also helpful with his detailed communication via email as we (the sellers) were not in town. Would highly recommend him.
