John explained every detail to us regarding the process of selling our home. If we didn’t understand he was able to explain things very clearly. We would without a doubt recommend John as a realtor.

My search was very broad and there was very little inventory that met my specifications- and when we found a place, it sold very fast. I had never bought a home before and was a little naive. Over the 4 weeks, we searched my specifications changed a lot. Despite this, John sent me a search-engine generated email of new listings to investigate every morning- modifying the parameters based on our conversations. We went out and looked at properties 3 to 4 days a week- rarely in the same neighborhood. John was always patient, courteous, and answered all my questions. He helped me through the entire process and I had confidence in his recommendations. I would recommend him- especially if you are a newbie and/or really don't know what you want.
