John is excellent at what he does and you will see that in the results We found John on the Internet while searching houses we had found a house that we wanted to buy and place the call. Space John came to our house we did the paperwork for the house that we wanted to put an offer on and he asked us what are you doing with this house. I had a number in my head that I thought my house was worth and John and showed me he could get 50,000 more. Being skeptical I did not believe him but I figured let’s give him a chance he left our house at 9:30 at night and at 9:45 at night he called me and said I have somebody wants to see your house tomorrow . Since we did not exchange keys to the house we just decided to leave the door open and go out to breakfast the next day 15 minutes after his scheduled arrival he called us with a full offer and we were in shock. The house was sold for more than I thought it was worth which was very nice. I recommend John for any of your real estate needs. Thanks Bob
