I purchased a condo and John was the listing and selling agent. All went very well. I appreciated John’s knowledge and he went over the contract and explained every line in detail. John listed my house on December 27 and it closed on February 15, 2019. I was in Florida for the entire month of January. John said “don’t worry, I will take care of your house while you are gone”. And that he did. Several appointments had to be set up in my absence in order to respond to repairs on the inspection report. John had the electrician and plumber provide estimates to me (in FL) in a timely manner. He also contacted a very unique contractor and all of the work was completed as soon as I returned from FL. I would highly recommend John as your realtor when buying or selling a home or condo.

John helped me find my first home. he did everything he could for me through out the process. i can’t say enough good things about john or my experience. thank you for everything!
