John was both easy to work with and extremely professional. He promptly answered our calls and emails, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. A real pleasure to work with.

This was the third time we have worked with John Viken. He is a joy to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He asks the right questions to determine your needs / wants and then competently takes care of business. I would use John exclusively to handle any our future real estate needs.

I had gone to Yuma to sell my father's home. It was a stressful situation, and I needed to return home as soon as possible. John was on his way out of town when I called, and stopped to meet up with me. We went over the home real quick, and I left a few days later. Once we were ready, John was on everything quick. He helped me by finding properties in the area that recently sold so we knew the best price. When repairs were needed, he was able to take care of those, and for a great price. He kept up communication with me, and always answered my calls, even a late one. The two times I dealt with the title company, he was updating me with the details, just minutes later. I had two special requests, that were outside of his job, and he still handled them for me. He really did make it simple and easy for me, a thousand miles away. I don't expect to be back there, but I would start with John if I thought he could help.

John was very helpful though the process of buy a house. Exceptional infact, goes the extra mile to make easier for the customer. I'm happy for sure! Thanks.

John Viken did a wonderful job helping me find a place in Yuma. AZ. He kept me posted on all matters. He even setup & met my Home Inspection person.
