John is a knowledgeable and honest realtor. He spends time with you and listens to what you want/need. John will not talk you into a property that is not right for you and/or your family. John will also tell you point blank when a property is over priced and give you a fair market opinion of price. He is also knowledgeable with home renovations and repairs. He is helpful to have when showing homes, as he can point out things that are not done correctly or need to be repaired. John is also incredibly friendly, easy going, and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

We are first time buyer, and he is so kind to help whenever we need and very responsiveness. We have been looked for lots and lots of homes, and he is very nice to show us even the big snow day. Would use John and recommend to everyone!
