We met with John a full (6)months ahead of when we would be able to list our property. John was extremely patient and offered advice on how to best prepare our home for sale. John’s advice worked and our home sold in (4) days and above our asking price. We would highly recommend John as your realtor.

John was great to work with. He came prepared with a market analysis booklet when we looked at using him over other realtors to sell our house. He was spot on with the price he told us we could get and he was great with follow up! I would definitely use him as our realtor again!

This is the 2nd home I have purchased using John as my realtor. His knowledge and experience is priceless. I had talked with other realtors in the years between, as I work in the mortgage industry. Most seemed to only care about the sale, with little knowledge, only based their "skills" on price negotiation. John would not let me buy a house with out knowing it was the perfect home for us. We searched for nearly a year with John, and he would not let us get our hopes down. Many times we thought of just settling for something that wasn't exactly what we wanted, or compromising on our must-haves. John wouldn't let us do that, and guided us through the end of build process (Home was new construction that was 85% done when we started the offer). He continues to follow up, to this day, and make sure all is well, and fixes have been completed. His honesty, and up-front advice is something that I will always appreciate. Thanks again John.
