John helped my wife an I buy our first home about a month ago. Even though we weren't looking in the high-income tier of homes, he stuck with us for the entirety of the process. We viewed countless homes, and made several offers, and it's difficult to describe his patience with us through the entire process. I think we hit about every hiccup you can hit when buying a home, and he never skipped a beat. Seriously.
