John is an excellent realtor.He was knowledgeable about the market and we were able to get the price we wanted for our home. He had a professional photographer visit and the photos were lovely. John is kind and a pleasure to work with.
After having contacted John in early February we were able to travel here in March to view properties that he thought would be of interested to us. So many and so over whelming at times.. But John was able to direct us in the right direction. Bottom line, he knew what we liked and did not like. Well, I can say that we are proud owners of a town-house in a very nice community. Even though we were still in Pennsylvania at the time, John handled all the details and last minute incidentals. Not only has he been a great realtor but also as a great friend.
