Growing up, my parents where top-producing agents (top 4% in Orlando Region) providing me a great deal of exposure to Real Estate early on. Since then I have started a landscaping company which I grew before selling to resume a career in real estate. Year to date we have sold 19 homes across from Florida coast to Florida coast. Additionally I purchase properties for cash to those sellers who need a cash sale. I consider it a privilege to serve my clients with Humility, Honesty, Loyalty, and Respect.

Stephen did a great job finding houses targeted to our location and price preferences. He gave us great advise and we really valued his thoughts when we visited different houses. I HAVE WORKED WITH ANOTHER REALITOR IN THE PAST AND I FELT LIKE THEY WERE VERY PUSHY AND NOT TRYING TO HELP ME. WE ARE FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS AND STEPHEN MADE EVERYTHING SEEM SO SMOOTH, UNLIKE THE OTHERS WHO ARE JUST OUT TO MAKE A PAYCHECK AND WILL TRY TO PUSH ANYTHING ON YOU.
