John was the best Realtor an extremely busy Professional and homeowner like myself could ever ask for. My job in the Health care field working 60 + hours is highly pressured and stressful and John went beyond the call of duty to ease my concerns and help me with coordinating all details with local re-modelers, contractors and appraisers. John strategically positioning my property which resulted in my netting a much, much higher appraisal for a sale then I could ever have hoped for. I knew John was originally a Realtor in Colorado years ago and I wasn't sure if he was presently up to speed with the subtle local nuances and with really understanding the local market. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out that not only was he intimate with the local market, and that he had been living and visiting this area for over 45 years, but that he bent over backwards to go beyond the call of duty for us. I realize as a relatively new local Realtor, John actually spent more time, had fresher ideas, and made himself much more available than any other more established Realtor has ever done for my family and for myself over the last 40 years.

John was such a pleasure to work with and I see he knows the geographical area cold. Plus his counseling and customer service background really shined through, walking me through and helping me highlight the priorities of what to look for. He helped me analyze and research hundreds of homes and had an uncanny ability to quickly target homes in sync with my profile for purchase in St. Petersburg and the area beaches and waterfront properties. I'd say over 95% of the homes John showed us were spot on with what we were looking for. And when it came time to make offers, John was a terrific negotiator....creative, attentive, listened well and assertive with his detailed offers with the Sellers. As a Realtor John was unique having a remodeling and construction cost estimating background and he really helped us estimate the fix up costs on different properties! I would highly recommend John to anyone that wants to make home-buying easier and fun!
