I am absolutely certain in this crazy competitive market that John was the only Realtor who could have negotiated my most recent deal and I wish I would have met him sooner. John was a pleasure to work with. I met him at an open house and thought of him weeks later to seek advice and to look for our home. Even though it was a complex transaction he handled with professionalism and grace.

We were already talking with another broker for the near future sale of our home (he'd come to our house twice already), but when I spoke with John Sturdevant the first time through our neighbor's open house, he offered to come by and peak at our house to see how it compared to his listing. When he came in, we spoke of our intentions for prepping our house for sale, and he had a solution for every issue we had that was delaying our sale. He offered a great deal to list our house (didn't push for higher commission like other realtors I'd spoken to), and immediately began providing contact with amazing contractors, a stager (free consultation), and got us a great carpet cleaning guy (our carpets looked brand new after). The difference between John and the other realtor was huge. John solved every problem we'd been stressing over for months regarding our house, and offered us a great deal to list without being pushy at all. I felt bad about ditching the other realtor, but the other guy seemed more concerned about increasing his commission to pay for his "high end photographer" and to get us boxes to start moving (ie. get him paid asap), while not helping to solve any of our issues in even getting to the point to list (ie. desired changes/upgrades we felt would improve our sale price, and they definitely did). In the end, we got top dollar for our house in a market that was already turning unfriendly, and we are certain that it was because of the above and beyond help we got from John Sturdevant.

We never have had the experience with realtors that have been exceptional until now. John sincerely cares about your best interest and insuring the whole experience of buying a home is as smooth as it can possibly be without problems. He's quick to respond to your needs and is very patient with any questions or concerns you may have. Always professional, helpful, and friendly, John responded quickly to our concerns, even late at night or early morning and would go out of his way to help us make decisions and handle any unforeseen issues. John made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and we never felt pressured to make any decision we were uncomfortable with. Real estate is anxiety-inducing. It takes so much work and it is a high stress situation. John WILL alleviate it. John just had all the numbers in line. His resume is impressive and his listings are highly professional. He picked up the phone on the first ring and everything he said sold me to use his service. Cannot say enough good things about working with John. We used him to both purchase a new home and list and sell our old. His expertise on both sides of the game are unparalleled. Out of dozens of offers we landed our home after contacting him on very short notice for a showing appointment. The listing agent told us our offer was the most unique and competitive she had ever seen. When it came time to sell our home John helped us prepare our home for listing and together with his amazing photographer made our house shine like I've never seen. We had close to 50 showings in one weekend and had almost all offers submitted over our asking price which John set at more than I even thought we would end up at.
